Pfizer Dectomax Injectable Endectocide 2.5 Lt
Dectomax Injectable solution is a ready-to-use, colourless to pale yellow, sterile solution containing 1% w/v Doramectin (10mg/mL).
In cattle, Dectomax is formulated to deliver the recommended dosage (200u/kg of body weight) when given by subcutaneous (SC) injection at the rate of 1mL/50kg of body weight. Dectomax® injection is indicated for the treatment and control of gastrointestinal roundworms, lungworms, sucking lice, biting lice, cattle tick and mange mites. Packaging
500mL multi-dose, rubber-capped amber glass bottles contained in a clear polycarbonate shield. The polycarbonate shield holds the bottle during use, has a pre-drilled eye-hook for easy hanging.
Dosage and Administration
Administer Dectomax® injectable solution at the recommended dosage of 1mL (10mg doramectin) per 50kg body weight by subcutaneous injection.
Injections should be given using 16- to 18-gauge needles, regardless of administration route. Needles (12-18mm) in length are suggested for SC injections, which should be given under the loose skin in front of or behind the shoulder.

Do not use during lactation or less than 60 days before calving when milk or milk products are to be used for human consumption or processing.
EXPORT SLAUGHTER INTERVAL:
DO NOT USE less than 42 days before slaughter for human consumption.
